Return Policy – Mixmarkt Rotterdam

We aim to provide high-quality products to our customers. This return policy is in accordance with Dutch consumer protection legislation.


Return conditions

1. Perishable goods

(fresh products, meat, fish, dairy, bread, etc.)

Under Dutch law, perishable goods are excluded from returns if they conform to the agreement.
Returns are only accepted in case of:

  • defective or spoiled products;

  • damaged packaging;

  • expired products at the time of purchase.

▶️ Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.


2. Non-perishable goods

(canned food, dry groceries, beverages, etc.)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase;

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging;

  • Proof of purchase is required.


3. Online orders – Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days, except for:

  • perishable goods;

  • sealed products that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.


4. Alcohol and tobacco

Returns of alcohol and tobacco products are not permitted, except in cases of:

  • manufacturing defects;

  • damage prior to delivery.


5. Discounted items

Discounted or clearance items cannot be returned if the reason for discount was clearly stated, except in cases of quality defects.


How to request a return

  • Returns can be made in-store with the original receipt;

  • For online orders, please contact us via our website, email, or phone.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method;

  • Cash payments will be refunded in cash;

  • Processing time may take up to 5 business days.
